A Global Professional Services Firm’s new Silicon Valley office at 3155 Olsen Drive marks a new chapter for its presence in San Jose. Located within Santana Row and spanning more than 140,000 square feet across three floors, the workplace places people at the center of one of the region’s most dynamic neighborhoods while creating a destination where clients can experience the innovation and technology that define the firm’s work.
The design draws inspiration from Silicon Valley’s unique intersection of technology and nature. Curved forms and intentional pathways guide movement through the space, creating a natural pull toward community and connection. Inspired by the flow of alluvial plains and the surrounding Bay Area landscape, large gathering spaces and outdoor terraces create destinations where collaboration can move seamlessly between inside and out. Light is also used as a defining element, referencing San Jose’s history as one of the first cities to illuminate its town square with electric arc lighting.
The sixth floor houses a dedicated Connected Physical Products team, with new mechanical, electrical, audio engineering, and industrial design laboratories that support cross-disciplinary collaboration and client engagement. The seventh floor features a dedicated hospitality suite with state-of-the-art conference and event spaces that extend onto one of the firm’s largest terraces, while a second terrace on the eighth floor provides a more informal setting for connection and collaboration.
Across all three floors, a variety of open collaboration areas, focused work settings, and neighborhood spaces give employees the flexibility to choose how and where they work best. The result is a workplace that reflects the energy of Silicon Valley while creating meaningful connections between people, technology, and the natural environment.
