Avison Young

Together with Avison Young, Vocon worked to rethink two floors of their space at 530 Fifth Avenue. The 28,600 SF project includes conference rooms, huddle rooms, private and open office, a lounge/reception area as well as a multi-purpose room with telescoping doors that opens up into an open lounge/seating area adjacent to the pantry. This space was designed to have multiple functions and flexibility build in so that it can change with the needs of the client and the events happening within the space.

The use of concrete and black metal with wood and pops of color creates a layering effect and brings warmth to the space. Additionally, there are elements throughout the space that nod to Avison Young’s unique branding.
