Authentically awesome

When you create shows for millennials, appearances are everything. We helped AwesomenessTV create a space that is as youthful and fresh as their programming.

Start-up meets sophistication

For the renovation of their New York City headquarters, Compass, a nationally-renowned real estate broker, wanted to create a multi-use space that would serve both brokers and staff. The space needed to be visually open, with a range of environments that could foster collaboration and creativity while also celebrating the tech-first and forward-thinking nature of their brand.

Location, location, location

In addition to their NYC headquarters, Vocon also partnered with Compass to design their San Francisco offices. As a broker of top properties, their new offices needed to reflect the company culture, the quality of the properties they list, and the history of the location they chose in Ghirardelli Square, the landmark public square surrounded by shops and restaurants in the Fisherman’s Wharf area of San Francisco.

A home for the mobile workforce

Home to the firm’s second-largest North American office, this confidential global professional services firm office needed a highly flexible space to manage differing workloads at different times of the year. The busy tax season is particularly demanding on their space, while during the remainder of the year they need to accommodate a typically off-site workforce.

Employee-first design

C.H. Robinson came to us with a very specific request: make employees happy. And we couldn’t have been happier to help.

Happy people, happy earth

Cleveland mainstay Oatey wanted a new corporate headquarters that was both sustainable and inspiring. We partnered with them on the design, and the result was a LEED-certified space that is one with its surroundings.

When work follows design

Forest City Realty Trust needed a new way of working. Their existing space didn’t serve their new goals and failed to live up to the vision their work promoted. We helped them change where they work, so they could change how they work.

Raising the flagship

When this confidential management consulting firm relocated their flagship offices, they needed a design partner that could create a space that lived up to their reputation. What started as a single project with Vocon turned into a global partnership.

Think global, look local

When CRH wanted to expand their offices into the U.S., they needed a space that felt unique, but was consistent with their international locations. We helped them bring their style to the States.

Taking a team of travelers somewhere new

As one of the world’s largest travel sites, Agoda needed a space that was as cosmopolitan as their business. We helped them make work feel like a vacation.

Bringing history to life

The GBX Group revitalizes historic buildings to breathe new life into older areas. So it was only natural they would do the same when they relocated their headquarters. They asked us to help turn their historic investment into a modern paradise.

In the pocket

When Droga5 updated their NYC offices, they turned to Vocon to create a range of work areas that offered employees more flexibility. From “pocket lounges” to client-facing areas, we created a space that’s built for collaboration.

On the road to innovation

As one of the largest tire distributors in the U.S., Dealer Tire knows all about putting the rubber to the road. So when they were ready to get going on a new, open-plan office space, they turned to Vocon to get them up to speed.

Collaborators thrive. Isolators fail.

Collaboration is at
the core of what made Doner a renowned global branding agency. Since Vocon
shares their commitment to collaborating, they turned to us to design their new
creative incubator space.

Where living meets learning

For today’s college student, dorms are more than just a place to live. So when the Cleveland Institute of Art wanted to create new housing, they turned to us to create something that would enhance student life and entice new applicants.

The toughest client is yourself

We hold our work to very high standards. So when it came time to redesign our own office, we had a lot to live up to. We think we did.

Flexibility for the long-term

Located at 300 Madison Ave. in New York City, this confidential global professional services firm’s largest North America office also serves as its global headquarters. With over 1 million square feet on 30 floors and a 30-year sublease, they needed flexible, fluid options for every part of the space.

Let there be light

The Quarter, a mixed-use building in Ohio City, is an architectural landmark at the heart of a revitalized neighborhood. We helped make it a vital space that shows the best of the new Cleveland.

How less becomes more

Through thoughtful strategy and a strong partnership, Vocon helped Jones Day to reduce their office footprint and simultaneously expand their presence.

Home is where health is

Trips to the hospital can be stressful. So when the Cleveland Clinic wanted to remodel the InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center on its campus, we helped them to bring a sense of wellness and serenity to every part of the space, all while keeping the hotel open during renovations.

One space, 100+ years of innovation

As one of America’s most storied brands, Goodyear’s new campus needed to highlight their past as well as the innovative spirit that is leading them to the future. We worked with them to create a space that celebrates their story and encourages greater collaboration.

Many spaces, one goal

relocated to a new town and office space, they needed a new building that would
encourage collaboration and help attract top talent.

Flexible, mobile, local

The multiphase renovation encompassed nine floors and 335,000 square feet, all designed for optimal functionality and flexibility.

Tapping into the next big thing

Based in an up-and-coming part of Cleveland, Saucy Brew Works represents the best of a booming new neighborhood. We helped them create a space that is true to its historic roots yet still cool and modern.

Setting the standard

As an ongoing partner with Willis, we help them to update and improve their offices around the globe.

Putting people first

Davis Wright Tremaine is an international law firm that prides itself on close relationships with clients and a commitment to supporting its employees. They asked us to design a New York office that showcased these values and brought them to life.

Fashionably up-to-date

It’s no surprise that a powerhouse fashion brand needs a space that’s as cool as the clothes they carry. So we partnered with a London-based design firm to build them runway-worthy offices.

Healthy by design

As one of the nation’s best health care systems, the Cleveland Clinic holds itself to high standards and a culture of excellence. When they moved their team to a central campus, they turned to us to design a space that lived up to those standards.

Giving the home team an advantage

When our hometown team asked us to help with their new headquarters and training facility, we couldn’t have been more excited to help them get in shape. The result was an award-winning facility that helped the team take it to the competition.

Next-gen tech meets old-school style

As one of Cleveland’s oldest law firms, Calfee has been serving the city for more than 100 years. When they needed a new office space, they asked us to help them create something that showcased their history while also highlighting their 21st-century capabilities.

Virtually reality

Building an entire neighborhood from scratch is no small feat. So to help Battery Park envision the future of their location, we used our in-house VR technology to help them see the space before breaking ground.
