Vocon partnered with MdeAS to bring the ultimate hospitality experience to 51W52. Featuring a restored landmarked plaza, renovated lobbies, and a new amenity suite, the enhancements will transport tenants to a space of tranquility and breathe new life into the historic building.
Designed to feel like an exclusive members-only club, the amenity space at 1 Willoughby Square serves as a place for tenants to find refuge during their workday or enjoy a cocktail after a long day in the office. The amenity area occupies 5,400 SF on the 15th floor, inclusive of outdoor space, and features a myriad of destinations that can be used for anything from focused work to hosting events to closing deals.
Vocon collaborated with Recognize, a technology focused investment firm, to transform the second floor of 540 Madison Avenue into a workplace that would seamlessly accommodate their growth and diverse structure while embodying their brand identity and unique platform.

Built in a brand new space, the project team designed a modern office with clean lines, beautifully earthy materials, and little wink moments of playfulness as soft, eased edges strategically accent design elements throughout.
The Cleveland Foundation’s new home is a mass timber building design targeting LEED Gold. Located within Cleveland’s Hough/Midtown District, the site lies on an unimproved plot adjacent to the historic Dunham Tavern Museum. The Project Team, a collaboration between Vocon and S9 Architecture, designed a new headquarters building that is a new home for the Foundation and a tremendous resource to the surrounding community.

The Bliss Group, a marketing communications agency, desired an office space that harmoniously blends innovation and functionality. Situated on the second floor of the iconic Helmsley Building, a prominent Beaux-Arts skyscraper on Park Avenue, its location adds an extra touch of allure to the workspace.

540 Madison Avenue is a 39-story, 291,000 SF Class-A office building in New York City situated in the Midtown neighborhood at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 55th Street. Originally built in 1970, Vocon worked with the DivcoWest team to complete a lobby refresh and create the “Water Tower Lounge,” a duplex conferencing, collaborating and convening amenity space that features a secret stair and celebrates the building’s original water tower. The softly curated palette and organic details embody the new, “fresh collegiality” persona, bringing life back to this classically designed building.
Full-service corporate law firm Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP continued their long-standing partnership with Vocon to transform their Columbus, OH office. With a dramatic view of the Ohio Statehouse, the Huntington Center provides the optimal location for Calfee’s Government Relations and Legislation practice.

While stay-at-home orders and a sharp embrace of remote working cast an uncertain light for the summer of 2020, the Corcoran Group saw a monumental opportunity to pivot its operations and stay at the forefront of the new global working climate. Their previous headquarters at 660 Madison Avenue was spread over non-sequential floors, was overcrowded and quickly became non-functional for the company’s fast-growing team of employees and agents.
Phase I of The Quarter development sits at the significant intersection of West 25th and Detroit Avenue in Ohio City, the gateway intersection to Cleveland’s west side neighborhoods. The Quarter Phase II expanded on the urban success of Phase I, to create a complimentary, yet entirely unique sister project across the heavily trafficked Detroit Avenue.

Convergent challenges the standard office narrative with a design that transcends the traditional approach of practical office space. Taking inspiration from the timeless design of the Cleveland Museum of Art, Convergent seamlessly integrates classic office concepts with modern flourishes. A blue-chip art collection adorns the public spaces, channeling the vibrancy of nearby luxury retail, dining, living, and entertainment options.
When APG Office Furnishings relocated to a large industrial building in Cleveland’s burgeoning Ohio City district, they sought out Vocon to design a space that would mirror the elegance and beauty of Herman Miller furniture. The company’s new window-filled first-floor showroom showcases some of Cleveland’s most prime real estate, including the Quarter, a transformative mixed-use development on West 25th Street and Detroit Avenue. The clean, modern white palette in the expansive new space celebrates the dynamism and simplicity of the Herman Miller brand’s iconic modern classics while complementing existing furniture lines and anticipating future collections.
Process Technology was committed to their community when it was time to update their historic Willoughby headquarters. Our design honors their commitment to the community by repurposing the site of a former used car dealership into a vibrant, open, and bright contemporary office. The existing building was the place for auto sales and the site consisted of outdated and utilitarian structures. Our design connects structures that were constructed over the years, creating a cohesion that reflects the progressive technological identity of this forward-thinking company.
With their sights set on 2024, One Madison Avenue is in the midst of a major re-development – renovating 17 floors of office space. Once complete, the rentable space will total 1.4 million SF. Public spaces on the ground level will be completely re-designed to harmonize with this transformation. Under-utilized retail opportunities within the property will be explored and expanded to better serve the needs of the anticipated tenants and the dynamic neighborhood near Madison Square Park.

The Luxe at Pepper Pike is a new transitional townhome community. All eighty-two luxury townhomes are finished with premium fixtures and unique interior spaces. Vaulted ceilings and individual outdoor decks provide spacious zones for living, making The Luxe a truly unique development.
