The Quarter, a mixed-use building in Ohio City, is an architectural landmark at the heart of a revitalized neighborhood. We helped make it a vital space that shows the best of the new Cleveland.
The E-shaped design of The Quarter streams sunlight into as many units as possible in this five-story, mixed-use building that is an important contribution to neighborhood revitalization.
With more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space and 194 rental apartments, The Quarter offers tenants upscale amenities and community-enhancing features such as a common room with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor deck with a heated pool and grilling station, a luxury gym, and an attached garage with a pet-washing station.
The windows, a signature design feature of the structure, offer magnificent views of downtown Cleveland, the Ohio City neighborhood, and Lake Erie while adding visual height to the structure. A brick façade mirrors the surrounding structures and honors the neighborhood composition, while outdoor courtyards and a terrace add to the amenities.
Our team took great care in the design of this development – planning for both the present needs and future expansion.
