21 Platform Way, the new Nashville office for a global professional services firm, embodies a post-pandemic vision of well-being, collaboration, and sustainability within the dynamic 19-acre Nashville Yards development. Officially opened in April 2025 and designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the workspace draws inspiration from the city’s music scene and historic speakeasys, creating an environment that is warm, collaborative, and rooted in southern hospitality.
Branded as “Urban Harmonies,” the design blends organic forms, layered textures, and a vibrant yet sophisticated palette to foster creativity, friendship, and community. Flexible work settings, from cafés and lounges to private booths and multifunctional rooms, support seamless mobility and choice, while locally commissioned art installations connect the workplace to Nashville’s cultural heartbeat, enriching both employee experience and community ties.
