Inspired by a meandering path, the layout creates a seamless connection to its surroundings, with terraces that encourage collaboration and reflect Boston’s vibrant culture. The design celebrates the city’s identity, from its harbor and sports legacy to a winter garden inspired by the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. A warm palette and thoughtfully curated destinations throughout the office create a rich, textured experience that connects employees to Boston’s cultural fabric.

Occupying Floors 02 through 09, the workspace blends innovation and tradition. Floor 09 is dedicated to amenities that foster relaxation and community, including a café, speakeasy, large terrace, barista, and flexible town hall spaces for both informal gatherings and larger events, all with sweeping city views.

Reception on Floor 08 is positioned to maximize views and includes a terrace, creating a welcoming arrival experience. The remaining floors feature a variety of workplace settings organized into 18-seat neighborhoods that promote interaction across teams and experience levels, supporting a dynamic and collaborative environment.
