Pepperl + Fuchs partnered with Vocon to design their new Americas Headquarters, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support their growing team. Situated on a 6.79-acre site, which includes 1.80 acres of protected wetlands and woodlands, this headquarters is a reflection of their commitment to sustainability and innovation.
The new 26,000 SF building has thoughtful provisions for a future 17,000 SF expansion. The architectural design integrates seamlessly with the natural landscape, featuring a harmonious blend of modern finishes and eco-friendly solutions. The facility will house up to 135 full-time employees in dynamic work neighborhoods equipped with multiple furniture configurations to accommodate diverse working styles and promote collaboration.
In alignment with Pepperl + Fuchs’ dedication to environmental stewardship, the design targets LEED Gold certification, underscoring our mutual commitment to both sustainable practices and high-performance standards.
