With three decades of professional experience – primarily in the hospitality sector – Rob’s ability to proactively problem-solve, stay focused amidst project challenges, and deliver projects on time and budget are second to none. In his leadership role, Rob oversees account management, design strategy, and directs a multi-disciplined team of project managers. He keeps his finger on the pulse of our projects and his eye on the big picture – ensuring that every detail of your project is executed with precision. 

Committed to engaging with the next generation of designers and builders to question the future of sustainable design, Rob plays an active role as a speaker, moderator, or panelist for a variety of industry organizations. He is also a Founding Board Member of Interior Design Magazine’s Futuregreen, a forum that reimagines the future of sustainable hospitality. He thrives through his work and is driven by the execution of the design – down to the smallest detail – all in the service of excellence for our clients.
