The space merges past and present, drawing on iconic elements that reflect Chicago’s historic landmarks and urban energy.
A palette of warm, neutral tones—rich browns, taupes, and grays—creates a welcoming backdrop, accented with jewel tones, burgundy, and vibrant touches inspired by the Chicago Theatre. Wood panels with decorative molding evoke the city’s timeless architecture, while darkened bronze metal accents on screens, stair railings, and lighting fixtures reference Chicago’s industrial roots, adding sleek contrast.Inspired by the Riverwalk, biophilic elements bring in greenery and natural textures, while glass finishes echo the river’s reflective qualities. Subtle references to Cloud Gate, or “The Bean,” are found in polished metal furnishings, enhancing the modern feel, while floor patterns incorporate Chicago’s iconic grid layout, guiding movement through the space.
Celebrating Chicago’s diversity, design elements inspired by the Crown Fountain encourage interaction and reflect the city’s multiculturalism. Ornamental and symmetrical details from historic bridges add classic elegance, merging the city’s rich history with a vibrant, contemporary workplace experience.
