Vocon partnered with Topnotch Resort to reimagine this iconic 120-acre destination at the foothills of Mount Mansfield, bringing new life to a beloved mountain retreat. The 55,000 SF expansion introduces 27 luxury condominiums, a private dining room, a 1,500 SF event space, and underground parking—all thoughtfully designed to elevate the guest experience while honoring the resort’s legacy.
The renovation also includes key upgrades to the resort’s core amenities: an expanded lobby, a full redesign of The Roost restaurant and kitchen, and refreshed hotel guestrooms. Each element was carefully considered to enhance functionality and sophistication, while maintaining a strong connection to the natural surroundings and character of the original property.
