The Luxe at Pepper Pike is a new transitional townhome community. All eighty-two luxury townhomes are finished with premium fixtures and unique interior spaces. Vaulted ceilings and individual outdoor decks provide spacious zones for living, making The Luxe a truly unique development.
Vocon designed five different wood-framed building types, with two different interior schemes, as well as a 2,500 SF community facility at the heart of the site. They range between 2-3 bedrooms, two-story and ranch-style homes, each with a dedicated basement. With the client’s desire for contemporary architecture, but a community’s preference for traditional aesthetics, the buildings’ architecture is inspired by traditional house forms while using more contemporary materials and details.
