Our team provided thoughtful solutions that deliver a world-class customer experience for guests visiting the GHQ. A place of identity was created with their Welcome and Innovation Center, introducing guests to the Swagelok brand and welcoming employees and visitors with a sense of excitement, pride, and comfort. Adjacent to these spaces are opportunities to peek behind the curtain of Swagelok’s contribution to the Chemical & Refining, Transportation, and Oil & Gas markets. Active laboratories are on full display, creating an immediate sense of enticement for customers, and showroom spaces display innovative product solutions for the unique and ever-changing needs of their clients.

Design elements artfully share the full breadth of their history, evolution, and outlook for the future. A sculpture composed of Swagelok tubes and fittings acts as a branded chandelier – a signature “S” offering an impactful first impression for visitors. This sculpture speaks to the company’s six values and features six sections of tubing and six fittings on each of the suspended lines.

The nearly 400 employees at GHQ now find a home in departmental “neighborhoods.” Shared collaborative areas define the boundaries between departments and offer convenient spots for face-to-face interaction. To optimize employee well-being, workstations were placed near windows, ensuring the most direct access to daylight and outdoor views, and shared work settings that support a broad range of tasks and touchdown spaces are found near every neighborhood.

Through employee-centric amenities, such as working cafés and outdoor spaces, GHQ celebrates the spirit of Swagelok, creating opportunities to share knowledge, solve problems, improve productivity, and prioritize employee wellness.
