Roundstone Insurance

The project was designed and completed in less than 18 months. In collaboration with the development team, Vocon handled the site master plan, building architecture, and interior design to accommodate the growing staff of 175 employees. To prepare for future expansions, the indoor parking area can be efficiently converted into additional office space.

Project design inspiration derived from Cowan Pottery, the original site occupant, and Roundstone’s love for Irish heritage. Cowan Pottery elements are sprinkled throughout the space to honor the site historic nature. The brick building exterior design adapts to neighborhood setting and features outdoor terraces on each level. With an abundance of natural light, the interior features general workspace along with various gathering spaces including multiple cafes, meeting/collaboration rooms, training center, fitness room, golf simulator, podcast room and lounge areas. A three-story staircase captures the essence of the open floor plan connecting floors and team members. Collaboration amongst Roundstone employees is critical for success and the new headquarters supports that philosophy.
