Rafih Auto Group acquired the former Sears property at 5000 Great Northern Boulevard in North Olmsted, Ohio, to establish a new flagship automotive campus, consolidating several luxury brands and services into a single destination.
The new campus will house dealerships for Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned, Sprinter, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Bentley, and Maserati. In addition, the Motorsports Service Center, currently located in Middleburg Heights, will be relocated to the campus, creating a centralized hub for sales, service, and customer care.
The development will also feature a dedicated vehicle detailing center and a standalone car wash, with the potential to offer public access. Designed to enhance the customer experience while supporting operational efficiency, the new campus will serve as a premier destination for luxury automotive sales and service in Northeast Ohio.
