This effort focused on light-touch, high-impact interventions that aligned the firm’s culture, brand, and evolving operational needs within the physical environment. Key enhancements included updates to the boardroom, modernizing technology and introducing a flexible environment, along with improvements to the conference room and the creation of a new concierge space to better support both Clients and staff. Vocon also refreshed 02 cafés and renovated restrooms on both floors, elevating daily workplace amenities.

Working within existing conditions, the Team prioritized repurposing materials wherever possible, including the reuse of wood planks, supporting a more sustainable approach. Additional environmental considerations included the incorporation of mycelium-based light fixtures.

Throughout construction, Hahn & Loeser remained fully occupied, requiring careful coordination and phasing. The design also respected Hahn Loeser’s extensive art collection, ensuring that significant pieces remained protected and integrated throughout the process.

The completed space reflects a thoughtful, resilient design approach, supporting collaboration, performance, and adaptability.
