This renovated Chicago office sets a new standard for high-performance, flexible work environments. Spanning nine floors and approximately 335,000 square feet, the design reflects the firm’s culture and values through themes of diversity, discovery, and continuous improvement. A welcoming, highly branded reception floor serves as the “face of the firm,” featuring client areas, a boardroom, and training spaces—all designed to convey unity, service, and local pride. Natural light, warm brand colors, and varied seating options enhance the user experience throughout.
The project was delivered in multiple phases over several years, guided by in-depth programming and planning. Each floor supports a mobile, tech-enabled workplace with a variety of work settings—from touchdown stations and huddle rooms to interactive cafés and collaboration zones. Office neighborhoods highlight Chicago’s diverse communities through curated storytelling. Sustainability was a key priority, culminating in LEED Gold certification and reinforcing the firm’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Vocon is currently working on full scale renovation of the space which is set to open in 2026.
