Convergent challenges the standard office narrative with a design that transcends the traditional approach of practical office space. Taking inspiration from the timeless design of the Cleveland Museum of Art, Convergent seamlessly integrates classic office concepts with modern flourishes. A blue-chip art collection adorns the public spaces, channeling the vibrancy of nearby luxury retail, dining, living, and entertainment options.
Expanding the opportunity for collaboration became a driving force for our design team, mixing private offices with a variety of airy, open spaces. Employees can take breaks and enjoy the surrounding nature on bright, breezy balconies that link shared spaces with the outdoors. Vertical, floor-to-ceiling windows are front and center to maximize daylight on upper floors and windows are set back on lower floors to provide shading. Top-flight tenants have flocked to the two-building office complex – known for its beauty and novel design. Convergent has proven to be a fitting addition to one of the most desired communities for living and working in Northeast Ohio. Industry leaders – Equity Trust, a financial advisor, TCF Bank, and IMCD, a leading distributor of food ingredients – have demonstrated their commitment to Westlake and the surrounding Cleveland communities by embracing Convergent.
