With a primary focus on creating attainable housing deeply rooted in the neighboring rural community, this project leverages local community insight to offer accessible and attractive housing options.
Spanning across 10 acres, the masterplan introduces a diverse array of housing types, bridging the gap between single-family homes and low-rise apartments. It includes stacked flats, cozy tiny homes, charming cottages with ADUs (accessory dwelling units), and modern four-plexes, catering to the diverse needs of its residents.
At the heart of the development, the Village Green is a vibrant community hub, acting as the metaphorical “living room” where residents can connect, relax, and build lasting relationships. Along the greenway, the Lodge offers an array of amenities to enhance the quality of life, such as co-working spaces, fitness facilities, a rejuvenating spa, a refreshing pool, and an adventurous bouldering park.
