The two-story 1918 building comprises 10,409 SF of interior kitchen and dining space. The design celebrates their industrial past, with expansive concrete support beams, brick walls – left untouched, exposing decades of graffiti – and original metal loading rails, conduits and ductwork that run along an open concrete ceiling. The goal for the space was to seamlessly integrate the existing elements that the Client loves and integrate modern amenities to support their function.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Bernie Moreno Companies, Vocon facilitated the design of their new Mercedes-Benz dealership in Fort Mitchell, KY.
When APG Office Furnishings relocated to a large industrial building in Cleveland’s burgeoning Ohio City district, they sought out Vocon to design a space that would mirror the elegance and beauty of Herman Miller furniture. The company’s new window-filled first-floor showroom showcases some of Cleveland’s most prime real estate, including the Quarter, a transformative mixed-use development on West 25th Street and Detroit Avenue. The clean, modern white palette in the expansive new space celebrates the dynamism and simplicity of the Herman Miller brand’s iconic modern classics while complementing existing furniture lines and anticipating future collections.
Based in an up-and-coming part of Cleveland, Saucy Brew Works represents the best of a booming new neighborhood. We helped them create a space that is true to its historic roots yet still cool and modern.
