Vocon repositioned 11 East 26th Street through a comprehensive transformation of the building’s shared amenity spaces, including the lobby, fitness center, workspaces, and a signature rooftop destination. The rooftop pavilion and terrace were reimagined as a hospitality-inspired environment that elevates the tenant experience while capitalizing on the building’s exceptional Midtown location.
The rooftop pavilion functions as both a conference center and social hub, balancing flexible meeting space with inviting lounge and entertaining areas. A warm, refined palette of natural wood, stone, and soft furnishings creates an atmosphere that feels more like a boutique hotel than an office, while expansive glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior spaces.
Outside, the generous terrace offers a variety of seating experiences, from communal gathering areas to intimate lounges, designed to support meetings, events, and everyday respite. Custom rosette windows integrated into the south parapet wall frame, sweeping views over the iconic Madison Square Park, reinforcing a strong visual connection to the surrounding city and establishing the rooftop as a memorable destination within the building.
