11 SW Washington, the new Portland office for a global professional services firm, reflects a workplace vision grounded in flexibility, well-being, and a deep connection to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by the Oregon wilderness, the design concept crafts an interior experience rooted in nature through the use of organic forms, warm tones, and material connections that evoke the region’s rugged landscapes and forests. Currently tracking LEED Gold certification, the workplace balances elevated sophistication with an authentic sense of comfort and place.
Defined by rich textures, refined detailing, and thoughtfully curated accents, the environment creates a welcoming and highly adaptable experience for employees and guests alike. A no-assigned-seating strategy encourages mobility and choice, supported by a variety of flexible work settings, collaborative spaces, and a large café designed to foster connection and community throughout the day. Locally commissioned artwork further reinforces the office’s ties to Portland’s creative culture, bringing a sense of regional identity and craftsmanship into the workplace experience.
