Vocon designed the renovation of the lobby and F&B services at One Lincoln in downtown Boston. Vocon worked with restaurateur Zack Osborn and F&B consultants Cromwell to plan and design a kitchen for a future restaurant to live on the first floor of the building.
The new elevated design moves the main entrance closer to street level and adds updated branding and signage for a more welcoming feel. Vocon repositioned the reception desk to enhance the lobby’s hospitality vibe. The new lobby bar, The Bar at One Lincoln, will offer coffee and breakfast by day and cocktails and tapas by night, ideal for client and colleague meet-ups.
The Essex Courtyard features two large planters with integrated seating and tables, additional seating near the building core, and large-scale tapestries by a local NYC artist for improved acoustics and ambiance.
Lincoln House, a members-only clubhouse at One Lincoln, includes a library, specialty bar, and commons lounge. It offers cocktails, small bites, and individual whiskey lockers. The space is adorned with dark walnut paneling, a water vapor fireplace, and a marble-topped bar. The library features walnut panels, a custom coffered ceiling, and a water vapor fireplace with cozy seating for work or meetings. The commons area also has walnut paneling, custom millwork booths, and a ribbed wood ceiling for varied group settings.
