The Property was previously used for vehicle dealerships (Mitsubishi and Honda) for at least 30 years, until 2020.

The majority of the existing building was demolished and only small portion of existing services shop was utilized into the new design. The new Building houses showrooms, administrative offices for multiple dealership locations, a training facility, parts center, 07 bay detail center, a car wash, and a 29 bay service shop. The Facility is able to service passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The service shop is capable of accommodating 12 cars simultaneously.
