Bronze, warm woods, and Calacatta gold marble convey strength and permanence, while jewel-toned blues and greens in quartz, lacquer, and textiles capture the shimmer of water and the vitality of Miami.

The journey begins in the elevator lobby, wrapped in warm wood, a plush wave-patterned rug, and a deep blue lacquered ceiling. At reception, sweeping Atlantic views frame a sculptural marble desk that symbolizes stability, while curving glossy ceilings maximize openness and reflect Miami’s changing light.

Client-facing areas, including a private conference center and hospitality lounge, are tailored for sophistication. At the same time, employee zones balance performance with comfort through a residential-style café curated with art and books.

A sculptural stair, inspired by the fluid lines of sailboats, links the 48th and 49th floors, bringing movement and energy to the heart of the space. The 49th and 47th floors host workplace neighborhoods where private offices and open workstations maximize access to daylight and views. Glass-fronted offices, ergonomic sit-to-stand desks, and acoustically optimized meeting rooms reinforce transparency, high-performance functionality, wellness, and collaboration.
