As Chief Human Resources Officer, Susan Austin oversees Vocon’s expansive network of industry talent. With over three decades of experience, Susan formulates programs for performance management, career development, recruiting, retention, and compensation management. She plays an integral role in all of Vocon’s expansion endeavors – from brick and mortar offices to our “Boots on the Ground” program – working closely with team members, wherever they may be. Susan has worked diligently to cultivate an environment that supports employees as they live balanced lives with clear priorities. This effort has been widely recognized, with Vocon receiving numerous accolades, including the firm’s 17-time designation as one of Cleveland’s Best Places to Work.
