As Principal of Vocon Design, Inc. and Strategy Director, Megan Spinos provides insight as clients make decisions about the design, allocation, and use of their workspace to support their culture and business goals, such as improved productivity, increased employee attraction, engagement, and innovation. Megan and her team are experts at understanding the impact space has on an individual’s work performance. By studying how people work and use space – blended with academic and industry knowledge – she and her team develop strategies that influence employee achievement, collaboration, and wellbeing in positive and measurable ways. Her experience in the fields of strategic workplace planning, design, and account management has allowed her to successfully influence business outcomes for a broad spectrum of clients and project types, including corporate office, public, healthcare, legal and non-profit assignments.

Megan’s expertise is highly sought after throughout the industry – she regularly participates as a contributor, writer, or panelist to discuss the future of the workplace, designing for multiple generations, and the logistics of navigating the pandemic climate. Megan is also a guest lecturer and visiting juror for the Kent State University College of Architecture and Environmental Design. She lends her leadership skills and expertise of the built environment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Positive Education Program (PEP) in Cleveland.
