KeyBank Cleveland District Office.
With this project, the desire was two-fold for KeyBank. It was first meant to bring focus to the concept of a scalable and repeatable District office prototype that would consider culture, business strategy, people, and work process to enable and improve organizational performance. Secondly, the prototype would have an immediate opportunity to be built and tested with the relocation of the Cleveland District office from the 800 Superior building to 127 Public Square, also known as Key Tower.
The design team, in conjunction with KeyBank’s Corporate Real Estate Solutions team, employed a research based design and planning approach that incorporated learnings and best practices from KeyBank’s industry peers, as well as information gathered at several KeyBank District office locations. The concepts developed were uniquely tailored to integrate KeyBank’s business strategies into the design solution. The result was a new workplace that would attract top talent while offering a comfortable and high performance work environment, bringing an elevated experience to not only the employees but the client as well. This project has also achieved a LEED-CI v2009
