Project Overview.

Vocon has worked with Citigroup for over 10 years in support of a diverse range of projects across their New York City portfolio. Vocon recently completed the prototype for transitioning Citigroup’s corporate standards to a modern collaborative workplace. The company’s focus on this new overall design strategy is to reduce rentable square footage by increasing the total occupants per floor, enhancing end-user efficiency, and fulfilling the company’s drive towards a more sustainable environment. Lowering the height of the workstation panels and moving private offices to the interior  allows access to perimeter windows for views and daylight to be shared by all. Typical floorplans have provisions for private and informal collaborative meetings throughout, allowing for freedom and flexibility amidst the open office plan.
