For its new Cleveland offices, top national interactive agency Rosetta (formerly Brulant) wanted a space that visually communicated its brand and created a cool workspace that attracted and retained the best employees. Vocon met this challenge with a creative, collaborative environment that is divided into zones with funky names. The space is designed to be open and allow for spontaneous and planned collaboration. A community café invites employees to relax between projects or provide an alternative to their workstations. There’s even a foosball table and a marshmallow sofa. And as part of its client experience, the lobby features a custom light fixture where clients can leave written messages.
