As the Flats along the Cuyahoga River began to die down, trendy partner advertising agencies, Adcom Communications and Internet marketing firm Optiem, decided to move their offices to Cleveland's posh new Warehouse District to better position their brand and offering of services. The new urban loft office is set above some of the most frequented restaurants downtown. The overall office layout is simple yet clean with welcoming lobby branded with the company's logo. The entrance area leads into the open office environment with private offices for executives and several small conference rooms featuring a mixture of exposed brick, concrete tile and bamboo flooring throughout the space. The cafe and lounge area bring the Warehouse District to the office, completing the workspace with an agency bar.
