Retail giant Dots is recognized throughout the retail world as offering affordable, fresh fashion along with a fun, friendly shopping experience. For its corporate headquarters, the company set out to provide a work environment reflective of its distinctive brand, as well as position it as an employer of choice. This was accomplished with a fresh, urban look with plenty of natural light throughout and collaborative spaces, including a coffee bar and café. There is generous use of the company’s corporate color, pink, including the tunnel – which doubles as a runway – that runs from the reception area to the core of the building. Dots’ new headquarters is clearly reflective of the company’s distinct brand.
