Public Relations firm, Robert Falls, took the opportunity to rebrand their firm during their office relocation to Floors 24 and 25 within the Terminal Tower. As a result, the name of the company changed to Falls Communications and a space was designed to reflect their new brand. The plan was developed to showcase the firm's work and numerous awards, as well as foster an environment for creativity and collaboration. An open elevator lobby with exposed ceilings and stained concrete floors feature a stone wall bearing the new Fall's logo. The northern facing reception captures awe-inspiring views of Cleveland and Lake Erie and also houses three monitors which display client work via technology. High contrast in textures and values was a key concept for the interiors, with specific attention to lighting. Open collaboration areas were created to stimulate interaction among employees and are designated with punches of bold color in an otherwise neutral setting. Client's products such as task seating and flooring materals can be seen in application throughout the new space.
