Continental Hangar Expansion

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

National Representation No
The Continental Hangar Expansion's intent at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport was to provide additional hangar space that would accommodate larger aircraft. Vocon worked with Continental to analyze the existing hangar and designed a solution to retrofit the building in order to meet Continental's requirements in the most cost effective way. The Hangar expansion was accomplished by removing the entire west side building addition as well as the first three bays of the easterly section. A new pre-engineered building and new hangar door was constructed adjacent to the remaining part of the hangar.
