KeyBank decided to move its client service center to three floors in the historic Higbee's building in downtown Cleveland - space that had not been renovated in more than 25 years. The financial institution wanted the new space to reflect the company's commitment to the environment by being built to LEED standards, which with Vocon's guidance, it accomplished. The space includes office and team areas and was designed so that as the company grows, the space if flexible and can be modified as needed.
